IMPORTANT NOTICE — TEMPORARY RENTAL AGREEMENT
Dear Guest,
To comply with Portuguese legislation applicable to short-term / temporary rental agreements, confirmation of your reservation is subject to the signing of a Temporary Rental Agreement (sent digitally before check-in).
What you need to know before booking:
Documentation: After your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to provide a valid identification document (Passport / National ID Card) for all guests so that the agreement can be prepared.
Digital Signature: The agreement will be sent by email for simple online signature (at no cost to you) and must be signed before access codes are provided.
Purpose: The agreement serves solely to formalize the temporary use of the property for transitional purposes during the dates booked through the platform.
By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us before booking.
During your stay, you will have full and exclusive access to the apartment, as well as to a fantastic range of shared amenities within the building. The space is yours to enjoy!

Flexible Check-in (Self Check-in or In-Person Welcome): For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a self check-in system, allowing you to arrive independently and without time constraints. However, if you prefer a warmer and more personalized welcome, we will be delighted to meet you in person, hand over the keys, and show you around the property. The choice is yours!

Temporary Rental Agreement
In accordance with local legislation, the signing of a Temporary Rental Agreement is required after the reservation has been confirmed.
Quiet Hours
To respect the peace and comfort of the condominium’s residents, quiet hours must be strictly observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
Parties and Events
Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited in the apartment and in all shared areas of the building.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in any of the building’s common areas.
Guest Registration (Legal Requirement)
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests are required to provide valid identification (passport or national ID card) before or at check-in. This information must be reported to the relevant Portuguese authorities (AIMA).
Additional Cleaning Service
An extra cleaning service can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee of **€60 per stay**.
Children and Baby Cot
Children under the age of 2 can be accommodated in a baby cot, subject to prior reservation.
