To ensure that everyone enjoys a memorable stay and that our property is well cared for, we kindly ask you to read and respect the following house rules.
1. Check-in & Guest Support
Self Check-in
The property offers a self check-in system for your convenience and flexibility. However, please note that after **10:00 PM (22:00)**, it is extremely important to keep noise to a minimum upon arrival, and we cannot guarantee real-time assistance or support.
In-Person Check-in
If you prefer to be welcomed in person, please provide your expected arrival time at least **48 hours in advance**. The host will wait for up to **30 minutes** after the scheduled arrival time. After this period, the host may leave, and a new appointment will need to be arranged, subject to availability.
Late In-Person Check-in
Any in-person check-in requested after 10:00 PM (22:00) must be confirmed in advance and is subject to an additional €25 fee.
2. Check-out & Keys
Check-out Time
Respecting the check-out time is essential to allow our housekeeping team sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the apartment for incoming guests. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a €25 fee for each additional hour.
Keys & Garage Remote
In the event of loss or failure to return the apartment keys or garage remote control, a €200 replacement fee will apply.
3. Use of the Property & Visitors
**Registered Guests Only**
All apartment and condominium facilities are exclusively reserved for the guests included in the reservation. Visitors or additional guests who are not registered in the booking are not permitted.
TV & Digital Services
Guests are strictly prohibited from purchasing or subscribing to additional TV channels, movies, streaming services, or premium packages that are not included in the standard TV package. Any such purchases will be charged to the guest as an additional service.
4. Sustainability & Taking Care of the Property
Responsible Use
We encourage the responsible use of water and air conditioning. Excessive consumption that clearly indicates waste may result in additional charges.
Waste Disposal
Before departure, we kindly ask that all rubbish be disposed of in the designated outdoor waste bins of the condominium.
Our Best Advice
Please treat our home as if it were your own and leave it tidy and organized, just as you found it.

Quiet Hours
To respect the peace and comfort of our neighbours, quiet hours must be strictly observed between 10:00 PM (22:00) and 9:00 AM (09:00).
Parties & Events
Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited in the apartment and in all shared areas of the building.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in any of the building's common areas.
Guest Registration (Legal Requirement)
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests are required to provide their passport or valid identification document before or at the time of check-in. This information must be submitted to the Portuguese immigration authorities (AIMA) as required by law.
