1. Check-in & Guest Support
Self Check-in
The apartment offers a self check-in system for your convenience and flexibility. Please note that after 10:00 PM, it is extremely important to keep noise to a minimum upon arrival, as we cannot guarantee real-time assistance or support during late-night hours.
In-Person Check-in
If you prefer a personal welcome, please provide your estimated arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. The host will wait for up to 30 minutes after the agreed time. If you arrive later than this without prior notice, the host may need to leave, and a new meeting time will be arranged subject to availability.
Late In-Person Check-in
Any in-person check-in requested after 10:00 PM must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee of €25.
2. Check-out & Keys
Departure Time
Respecting the check-out time is essential to allow our housekeeping team to prepare the apartment to the highest standards for incoming guests. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a charge of €25 per hour.
Keys & Garage Remote
Lost or unreturned keys or the garage remote control will incur a replacement fee of €200.
3. Use of the Property & Visitors
Registered Guests Only
All apartment and condominium facilities—including the rooftop swimming pool, outdoor gym, and running track—are reserved exclusively for guests registered in the reservation. Visitors and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
TV & Digital Services
Please do not subscribe to additional TV channels, movies, streaming services, or premium packages that are not included in the standard television service. Any charges resulting from unauthorized subscriptions will be billed to the guest.
4. Sustainability & Caring for the Property
Responsible Use of Utilities
We encourage the responsible use of water and electricity, including the air conditioning. Excessive consumption that clearly indicates waste may result in additional charges.
Waste Disposal
Before checking out, we kindly ask that you dispose of all accumulated rubbish in the designated outdoor waste containers of the condominium.

However, if you plan to spend most of the day inside the apartment on weekdays, you may notice some construction activity in the surrounding area.
Rooftop Facilities (Pool & Fitness Area)
Guests enjoy complimentary access to the panoramic swimming pool, rooftop running track, and outdoor gym equipment. These facilities are shared exclusively with residents and registered guests of the condominium.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the building's safety rules and shared spaces, particularly by avoiding excessive noise and by not bringing glass bottles or drinking glasses into the pool area.

To respect our neighbors, quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
Parties & Events
Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited both inside the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in any of the building's shared indoor areas.
Guest Registration (Legal Requirement)
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests are required to provide a valid passport or government-issued identification document before or upon check-in. This information must be reported to the Portuguese immigration authorities (AIMA), as required by law.
