1 Bathroom Located right on the beachfront, Blue Frame gets its name from a unique window that frames the ocean like a living piece of art. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is the ideal retreat to visit Porto and relax by the beach. Set in a quiet area with easy access, the space is fully equipped for a comfortable stay year-round, including a flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi.
Designed so you don’t have to worry about a thing, the space is fully equipped with all the amenities for your daily needs, including a handy washing machine. In addition, to help you travel lighter, we provide ready-to-use beach towels.
Important note: Access to the apartment is by stairs, so the space may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
The apartment is located in a very safe residential area right in front of the beach, making it the perfect refuge for those looking to relax to the sound of the sea. Just a few steps away, the sandy shore invites you for sunbathing, boardwalk strolls, or watching an unforgettable sunset. Nearby, you will find cafes and essential services, with a wonderful traditional Portuguese restaurant located right below the apartment — the ideal option to savor local gastronomy without having to travel.
- Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to stay.
- Subscribing to channels not included in the standard TV package will be charged as an additional service.
- We promote the sustainable use of resources: excessive consumption may be subject to extra charges.
- Amenities may only be used by registered guests.
- A mid-stay cleaning service can be provided for an extra cost of €50.
- Trash must be disposed of in the designated bins.
- Failure to comply with the check-out time will result in a penalty fee of €25 for each hour of delay.
- Treat the house as if it were your own. Leave everything as you found it.
Guests have full access to the apartment.

If you prefer to explore independently, you will find both digital and physical guidebooks in the apartment, filled with curated tourist information and books to help you discover the city at your own pace.
- An extra cleaning service can be included during your stay (cost: €50 per stay). Children under 2 years of age can be accommodated in a crib (prior reservation required).
- A digital folder with detailed rules about the property is available, and the access link is posted inside the apartment.
- All guests are required to present a valid form of identification.
- A city tax applies to all guests staying in properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia.
- The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which may attract mosquitoes, ants, or other small insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that an occasional insect won't enter the house, nor can we offer refunds if this happens. We do everything in our power to prevent this and kindly ask for our guests' cooperation in keeping doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.
