I am available to socialize and provide some information on places and / or tourist places, if they so desire. But I understand that some guests prefer to discover and decide for themselves, so there is a dossier with tourist information in the apartment.
As to communicate your stay to the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF), your Passport or ID Card details will be requested.
- An additional cleaning service can be arranged during your stay (cost 50€/stay).
- The sofa bed is only prepared when the number of guests exceeds the available bed capacity. If you wish to use it with fewer guests, an additional fee of €20 will apply.
- There is a digital folder with detailed property rules; the link is posted in the apartment.
- All guests must present a valid ID.
- There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment (capsules not included).
- A city tax is applied to all guests staying in properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia.
- The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which may encourage the appearance of mosquitoes, ants, or other small insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that an occasional insect won't enter our home, nor can we offer refunds if this occurs. We do everything possible to prevent this situation and kindly ask our guests to help by keeping the doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.
