. Amenities may only be used by registered guests;
. Subscribing to channels not included in the TV package will result in an additional charge;
. A €100 fee will be charged for each set of keys/remote not returned;
. If keys are left inside the apartment during your stay, an extra fee will apply: €50 on weekdays between 9:00 and 18:00; €100 outside these hours;
. We promote sustainable use of resources: excessive consumption may be charged;
. Garbage must be disposed of in the appropriate bin;
. The property allows self check-in; however, after 22:00 we cannot guarantee assistance upon arrival;
. If opting for in-person check-in, it is important to provide the arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes, the host may leave and a new check-in will need to be scheduled depending on availability. Check-in after 22:00 requires prior confirmation and has an extra cost of €25;
. Failure to comply with the check-out time will incur a €25 fee per hour of delay;
. Please treat the house as your own and leave everything as you found it.
Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment.
Self check-in is available for maximum flexibility, and we are also happy to welcome you in person if preferred.

. It is important to provide your check-in time at least 48 hours before arrival. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes, the host may leave and a new check-in will need to be scheduled depending on availability. Check-in after 22:00 requires prior confirmation and has an extra cost of €25;
. We provide one set of towels per guest, including a bath towel, a face towel, and one beach towel. Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days. Extra towels are available for €10 per set;
. Additional cleaning service during your stay is available (€60 per stay);
. Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a crib for €30 (reservation required);
. A digital document with detailed house rules is available in the apartment;
. A city tax applies to all guests staying in properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia;
. Portugal’s climate can be warm and humid at times, which may occasionally lead to mosquitoes, ants, or other small insects. Although we carry out regular pest control, we cannot guarantee that an occasional insect may enter the property, nor offer refunds in such cases. We do our best to prevent this and kindly ask guests to help by keeping doors closed, disposing of garbage properly, and storing food responsibly.
