The area is well connected by public transport, making it easy to reach Porto city center and other points of interest.

House rules

- Amenities may only be used by registered guests;
- Subscription to channels not included in the TV package will incur an additional charge;
- Failure to return keys/remote will result in a €100 fee;
- We promote sustainable use of resources: excessive consumption may be charged;
- Garbage must be disposed of properly;
- Self check-in is available; however, after 22:00 we cannot guarantee assistance upon arrival;
- For in-person check-in, arrival time must be provided at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes, the host may leave and rescheduling will be required depending on availability. Check-in after 22:00 requires prior confirmation and has an extra cost of €25;
Late check-out will incur a €25 fee per hour;
Please treat the house as your own and leave it as you found it.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring complete privacy during their stay.
Check-in can be done independently via an app, offering flexibility upon arrival. If preferred, we are also happy to welcome you in person.

We are always available to assist during your stay and ensure everything runs smoothly.
We’re happy to share recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and places to visit. For added convenience, you’ll also find a guidebook in the apartment with useful information and suggestions.
We fully respect our guests’ privacy and are only present when needed.

Other things to note

. All guests must present valid identification.
. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
. We provide one set of towels per guest, including a bath towel, face towel, and one beach towel. Linen and towel changes are offered every 7 days. Extra towels are available for €10 per set.
. Extra cleaning service during your stay is available (€50 per stay).
. Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a crib for €30 (reservation required).
. A digital document with detailed house rules is available in the apartment.
. A city tax applies to all guests staying in Vila Nova de Gaia.
. Portugal’s climate can be warm and humid at times, which may occasionally lead to insects such as mosquitoes or ants. While we carry out regular pest control, we cannot guarantee that an occasional insect may not enter the property, nor offer refunds in such cases. We kindly ask guests to help prevent this by keeping doors closed, disposing of garbage properly, and storing food responsibly.
