In summer, enjoy the famous heated sand pool on the beach. The area offers the ideal balance between seaside relaxation and easy access to Gaia and Porto.
- Amenities may only be used by registered guests.
- Subscribing to TV channels not included in the package will result in the corresponding amount being charged as an additional service.
- In case of non-return of keys or remote controls, a fee of €100 per item will be charged.
- If you leave the keys inside the apartment during your stay, an extra fee will apply: €50 on weekdays between 9:00 and 18:00, and €100 outside these hours or on other days.
- We promote the sustainable use of resources; excessive consumption may be charged.
- Please dispose of rubbish in the bin.
- It is important to provide your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the host may need to leave and a new meeting will have to be arranged depending on availability. Check-in after 22:00 requires prior confirmation and has an extra fee of €25.
- Failure to comply with the check-out time will result in a charge of €25 per hour of delay.
- Please treat the house as if it were your own and leave everything as you found it.
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the balcony and private closed garage for 2 cars, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout the stay.

- All guests must present a valid ID.
- Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to stay.
- It is important to provide your check-in time at least 48 hours before arrival. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the host may need to leave and a new appointment will have to be arranged depending on availability. Check-in after 22:00 requires prior confirmation and has an extra fee of €25.
- We provide one set of towels per guest, including one bath towel and one hand towel. Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days. Extra towel sets are available for €10 per set.
- Extra cleaning service during your stay can be arranged for €50 per service.
- Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a baby crib for €30 (prior reservation required).

- A city tax applies to all guests staying in properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia.
- The climate in Portugal can be warm and humid at certain times of the year, which may attract mosquitoes, ants or other small insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that an occasional insect will not enter the property and refunds will not be provided in such cases. We do our best to prevent this and kindly ask guests to help by keeping doors closed, disposing of rubbish properly and storing food responsibly.
