The apartment features large, well-distributed areas. The bedroom is comfortable, and the living room—with its classic and "vintage" design—includes a sofa bed ideal for families. It boasts two spacious balconies, with the front one serving as a privileged viewpoint over the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, including laundry machines and a Nespresso maker. The space is naturally airy and maintained with high standards of cleanliness and freshness, ensuring all the comfort needed for short or extended stays.
Located right in front of the sand, the neighborhood offers the best of coastal living. You will have immediate access to the boardwalks for morning walks, with a wide range of restaurants, beach bars, and supermarkets just a few meters away. It is a vibrant area that combines the energy of the sea with the convenience of having everything at hand. While it is a central coastal area, the atmosphere invites relaxation, making it perfect for those who appreciate nature without sacrificing leisure and services within walking distance.
- Stays for unaccompanied minors are not permitted.
- Subscriptions to channels not included in the standard TV package will incur a corresponding fee as an additional service.
- Failure to return keys will result in a fee of €100 per set.
- If you leave the keys inside the house during your stay, an extra fee will be charged: weekdays (9:00–18:00): €50; other times/days: €100.
- Amenities may only be used by registered guests.
- Mid-stay cleaning can be provided for an extra cost of €50.
- We promote sustainable resource use: excessive consumption may be charged.
- Trash must be deposited in the designated bins.
- The property allows self-check-in; however, after 22:00, we cannot guarantee on-site support at the moment of arrival.
- For in-person check-in, please provide your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the host may leave, and a new appointment will be required subject to availability. Check-in after 22:00 requires prior confirmation and has an extra cost of €25.
- Failure to comply with the check-out time requires a payment of €25 per hour of delay.

Guests have total and exclusive access to all areas of the apartment during their stay. The building is easy to identify and access is straightforward. For those traveling by car, the free public parking in front of the building is a great convenience, allowing for hassle-free luggage logistics. The space was designed to offer autonomy, ensuring you feel at home with total privacy from the moment you arrive.

- Extra cleaning services are available during your stay (€40/cleaning). Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a crib for a fee of €30 (requires pre-booking).
- The sofa bed is only prepared when the number of guests exceeds 2. If you wish to use it with 2 or fewer guests, an additional cost of €20 will apply.
- A digital dossier with detailed property rules is available via a link posted in the apartment.
- All guests must present a valid ID.
- A city tax is applied to all guests staying in properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia.
- The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which may encourage the appearance of mosquitoes, ants, or other small insects. While we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that an occasional insect will not enter the home, nor can we offer refunds if this occurs. We do everything in our power to prevent this and ask guests to collaborate by keeping doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.
