The apartment features large, well-distributed areas. The bedroom is comfortable, and the living room—with its classic and "vintage" design—includes a sofa bed ideal for families. It boasts two spacious balconies, with the front one serving as a privileged viewpoint over the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, including laundry machines and a Nespresso maker. The space is naturally airy and maintained with high standards of cleanliness and freshness, ensuring all the comfort needed for short or extended stays.

- Stays for unaccompanied minors are not permitted.
- Subscriptions to channels not included in the standard TV package will incur a corresponding fee as an additional service.
- Failure to return keys will result in a fee of €100 per set.

If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the host may leave, and a new appointment will be required subject to availability. Check-in after 22:00 requires prior confirmation and has an extra cost of €25.
- Failure to comply with the check-out time requires a payment of €25 per hour of delay.

Guests have total and exclusive access to all areas of the apartment during their stay. The building is easy to identify and access is straightforward. For those traveling by car, the free public parking in front of the building is a great convenience, allowing for hassle-free luggage logistics. - Extra cleaning services are available during your stay (€40/cleaning). Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a crib for a fee of €30 (requires pre-booking).
- The sofa bed is only prepared when the number of guests exceeds 2. If you wish to use it with 2 or fewer guests, an additional cost of €20 will apply.

- The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which may encourage the appearance of mosquitoes, ants, or other small insects. While we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that an occasional insect will not enter the home, nor can we offer refunds if this occurs. We do everything in our power to prevent this and ask guests to collaborate by keeping doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.
