1 Bathroom Cozy and elegant, this Gaia apartment is the perfect retreat. Though compact, it is bright and excellently equipped with a premium kitchen and washing machine. The highlight is the fantastic private patio with a BBQ, a true oasis to relax. In a typical and quiet area, it's 5 mins from the metro and a short walk (15 mins) to Jardim do Morro, the Luis I Bridge, and downtown Porto. Enjoy comfort and an excellent location!
Compact and bright, the space was thoughtfully designed to ensure your convenience. It features a kitchen with premium equipment and a practical smart washing machine. The great highlight is the sunny patio with a BBQ — a private and safe outdoor space, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors, relaxing with a glass of wine, or letting the kids play freely after a day of exploring the city.
Located in a quiet, safe, and authentic neighborhood in Gaia, you will live like a true local. Just a few steps away, you will find traditional bakeries, cafes, and local eateries. You will be away from the tourist crowds, yet incredibly close to everything: 5 minutes from the metro station and a 15-minute walk to downtown Porto. Iconic attractions like Jardim do Morro, Serra do Pilar Monastery, and the Luis I Bridge are just a short, pleasant walk away.
- Stays by unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Subscribing to channels not included in the TV package will incur the payment of the corresponding amount as an additional service;
- If you leave the key inside the house during your stay, an extra fee will be charged according to the following schedule: weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM: €50; any other day/time: €100.
- We promote the sustainable use of resources: excessive consumption may be charged;
- Amenities can only be used by registered guests;
- An extra cleaning service can be provided during your stay for an additional cost of €40.
- Trash must be deposited in the bin;
- The property allows self check-in; however, after 10:00 PM we cannot guarantee support upon arrival;
- In case you opt for an in-person check-in, it is important to provide your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not show up within 30 minutes, the host may leave and a new appointment will be required, subject to availability. Check-in after 10:00 PM requires prior confirmation and has an extra cost of €25;
- Failure to comply with the check-out time requires a payment of €25 for each hour of delay.
- Treat the house as if it were your own. Leave everything as you found it.
Check-in and check-out are completely autonomous and stress-free, done via a smart lock with unique codes. You will have exclusive and private access to the entire apartment, as well as the fantastic outdoor patio, garden, and BBQ area.
Communication is fast, easy, and always focused on your well-being. I am always available (via message or phone) to share local tips, recommend restaurants, or help organize extras like a crib or transfers. For guests who prefer to discover the city at their own pace, I have left a comprehensive folder in the apartment with tourist recommendations and several books.
- It is possible to include an extra cleaning service during your stay (cost €60/stay). Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a crib for a cost of €30.
- The sofa bed is only prepared when the number of guests exceeds the capacity of the available beds. If you wish to use it with a lower number of guests, an additional cost of €20 will be applied.
- There is a folder with detailed property rules in digital format, the link to which is posted in the apartment.
- All guests must present a valid ID.
- There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment (capsules not included).
- A city tax is applied to all guests staying in properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia.
- The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which may favor the appearance of mosquitoes, ants, or other small insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that an occasional insect will not enter our home, nor can we offer refunds if this happens. We do everything in our power to prevent this situation and ask our guests to cooperate by keeping doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.
