The south-facing bedrooms have a sunny balcony, perfect for relaxing. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a complete kitchen, the apartment is designed to provide comfort and a true home-away-from-home experience.
Note: access to the apartment is via 17 stairs (no elevator).
Located in a beautiful and vibrant area of Vila Nova de Gaia, just steps from Jardim do Morro and the iconic Luís I Bridge. Nearby you’ll find Port wine cellars, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shops, as well as the cable car with stunning river views.
Please note that there is construction on the street, which may cause some weekday daytime noise. Work does not occur at night or on weekends.
- Stays of unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Subscribing to channels not included in the TV package will incur an additional charge for the corresponding service;
- In case of non-return of the keys, a fee of €100 will be charged for each pair of keys.
-If during your stay you leave the keys inside the house, an extra fee will be charged according to the following schedule: weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM: €50; other days/times: €100.
- We promote the sustainable use of resources: excessive consumption may be charged;
- The facilities can only be used by registered guests;
- Cleaning can be provided during your stay for an extra cost of €50.
- We do not accept large animals. Only 1 animal per booking. To avoid noise and/or damage, animals cannot be left unattended in the apartment. Owners must ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the apartment and building.
- Garbage must be deposited in the bin;
- The property allows self check-in: however, after 10:00 PM we are unable to provide support upon arrival;
- If you choose an in-person check-in, it is important to provide your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the host may need to leave and a new appointment will be required, subject to availability. Check-ins after 10:00 PM require prior confirmation and have an additional fee of €25;
- Failure to comply with the check-out time requires a payment of €25 for each hour of delay.
- Treat the house as if it were your own. Leave everything as you found it.
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and balcony, ensuring comfort and privacy during the stay.
I am always available if guests need assistance or recommendations about local attractions, restaurants and places to visit. For your convenience, the apartment also includes a guide with useful tourist information, so you can explore the city at your own pace.
- It is possible to include an extra cleaning service during your stay (cost €50/stay). Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a crib at a cost of €30 (prior reservation required).
- There is a dossier with detailed rules about the property in a digital format whose address is posted in the apartment.
- All guests must present a valid ID.
- A city tax is applied to all guests staying at properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia.
- At the back if the apartment there are some court yards, so it is possible to hear dog barking.
- The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which may encourage the appearance of mosquitoes, ants, or other small insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that an occasional insect won't enter our home, nor can we offer refunds if this occurs. We do everything possible to prevent this situation and kindly ask our guests to help by keeping the doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.
