2 Bathrooms Charming apartment located in a landmark residential building in a central area of Vila Nova de Gaia. It features two bedrooms: one double en-suite bedroom and another with two single beds. There is also a second full bathroom. The apartment has a spacious balcony with open views over two restored mansions. It offers high-speed internet, central heating, and private parking. In the living room, you’ll find an extensive library that invites you to enjoy the sunshine with a book on the balcony.
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. Cable TV and Internet included.
It is close to everything — supermarkets, shopping centres, restaurants, and plenty of public transport options.
- Stays by unaccompanied minors are not permitted.
- Subscribing to channels not included in the TV package will result in the corresponding charge as an additional service.
- In case of failure to return the keys, a fee of €100 per set of keys will be charged.
- If you leave the keys inside the apartment during your stay, an extra fee will apply according to the following schedule: weekdays between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm: €50; other days/times: €100.
- We promote the sustainable use of resources: excessive consumption may be charged.
- Amenities may only be used by registered guests.
- An additional cleaning service during your stay can be provided at an extra cost of €50.
- Rubbish must be disposed of in the bin.
- It is important to provide your check-in time at least 48 hours before arrival. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the host may leave, and a new appointment will be required subject to availability.
- Check-in after 10:00 pm requires prior confirmation and has an extra cost of €25.
- Failure to comply with the check-out time will require payment of €25 per hour of delay.
- Please treat the house as if it were your own. Leave everything as you found it.

- An extra cleaning service can be arranged during your stay (cost: €50 per stay). Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a cot for €30 (advance booking required).
- A digital file containing detailed property rules is available, and its link is displayed in the apartment.
- All guests must present valid identification.
- A city tax applies to all guests staying in properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia.
- We promote sustainable stays. We kindly ask guests to use resources in moderation (for long stays, consumption limits may apply).
- The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which may encourage the appearance of mosquitoes, ants, or other small insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that the occasional insect will not enter the apartment, nor can we offer refunds in such cases. We do everything within our power to prevent this and ask our guests to cooperate by keeping doors closed, disposing of rubbish properly, and storing food responsibly.
